What you get on a Naperville garage floor
A sealed, seamless floor bonded to the slab, in whichever of three systems fits how the garage is used. Oil, brake fluid and the road salt that comes off the car all winter sit on the surface until they are wiped up, instead of soaking in and staining. The dusting stops. On a wide floor the difference is immediate, because a three-car bay is the largest uninterrupted surface in most houses.
Every floor is diamond-ground before anything is applied, so the coating keys into the concrete rather than sitting on it. Cracks and control joints are opened out and filled so the finish runs across them instead of tracking them, and the build is topped with a coat chosen for what the space actually takes. You choose the color and the flake blend from samples brought out to the garage.
Finished floors we have installed are on the gallery. Every quote sets out the preparation, the number of coats and the topcoat in writing, so you can hold it against anything else you have been sent.
