A commercial floor that cleans in minutes, every night
A commercial floor coating is a seamless resin surface bonded into the concrete slab your unit already stands on. It goes down as a primer, a colored body coat and a clear topcoat, and it cures into one continuous floor with no joints, grout lines, seams or edges anywhere a customer walks. We install four versions of it: epoxy flake, solid color, metallic, and grind and seal, and which one suits a unit depends on what the business does on the floor and who sees it.
The reason a business buys a coated floor is usually the same reason it keeps it: the floor is the one surface in the unit that has to be cleaned every single day it trades, and a seamless finish makes that a short job. There is no grout to scrub, no seam for a mop to catch on, no porous joint for grease or coffee or hair to settle into. The nightly clean becomes a sweep and a mop, or a pass with a scrubber, and the floor looks the same at open on Monday as it did the day it was finished.
Every quote sets out the preparation, the system, the finish and the sequence of work in writing, so it can be checked against how the unit trades rather than taken on trust. Commercial floors we have finished are on the gallery.
